Welcome to Kathmandu (by international flight)
On arrival at Kathmandu (Tribhuvan International Airport), following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, as you exit the arrival terminal building, you will be welcomed by India Tours & Travels executive holding a placard in your name to greet you. Thereafter you will be assisted with a transfer to your hotel and check-in.
Kathmandu, Nepal's capital and most popular tourist destination is spread out over its namesake valley and surrounded by Himalayan mountains. It is home to several historic temples, golden pagodas, breathtaking natural scenery, and intriguing settlements. Kathmandu, at an elevation of 4,344 feet, is where the rivers Bagmati and Vishnumati meet.

Day 2
Kathmandu & Patan

Kathmandu & Bhaktapur

Day 6
Travel to Chitwan and relax
After breakfast, set off on a scenic drive to Chitwan (Approx. 5.5 to 6 hrs. drive), descending from the cool hills into the lush lowlands of the Terai region. The journey offers a changing landscape of terraced farms, forested hills, and lively rural villages, providing a glimpse into the diverse beauty of Nepal. Upon arrival, check into your resort and prepare to dive into the wild wonders of Chitwan National Park, Asia’s best-preserved wildlife sanctuary located in the southwest of Bagmati Province, surrounded by the Himalayan foothills. The name "Chitwan" literally means "heart of the jungle". According to previous writings, the area known as Chitra Ban was described as a dense forest filled with wild creatures, where reclusive sages would retreat to meditate. Day 9
Flight to Paro, Bhutan
By Flight (not included): Departure Kathmandu at 0810hrs / Arrival at Paro at 0910hrs. or similar.
This morning, accornding to the above mentioned flight, you will assited with a transfer to the Kathmandu Airport for your international flight to Paro, Bhutan, the land of Dragons. On arrival at Paro International Airport, following immigration and baggage formalities, you will be warmly greeted by an India Tours & Travels representative holding a placard with your name. You will then be assisted to your vehicle for a scenic transfer to your hotel in Thimphu (Approx. 1.5 hrs drive).
Thimphu, the capital of Bhutan, is a unique blend of tradition and modernity, set against a backdrop of rolling hills and crystal-clear rivers. Unlike any other capital city, it has no traffic lights—only friendly policemen directing the flow—giving it an unmistakably serene and charming character. Explore Thimphu

Continue to the National Memorial Chorten, a revered religious monument where locals gather for daily prayers, creating a serene and spiritual ambiance. Proceed to Changangkha Lhakhang, one of Thimphu’s oldest temples, perched on a ridge and offering sweeping views of the city below. Travel to Punakha visiting Druk Wangyal Lhakhang temple en route
Drive to Punakha (Approx. 03 to 04 hrs drive), a beautiful journey that takes you through winding mountain roads, lush forests, and traditional Bhutanese villages. En route, stop at the impressive Druk Wangyal Lhakhang, a uniquely modern temple built in honour of the Fourth King, His Majesty Jigme Singye Wangchuck. Perched atop the Dochula Pass, the temple is surrounded by the famous 108 Druk Wangyal Chortens and offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Himalayan ranges on clear days. Punakha Sightseeing

Day 14
Travel to Paro and sightseeing
Excursion to Tiger Nest & visit to Kyichu Lhakhang
Embark on a full-day excursion to the iconic Taktsang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest), Bhutan’s most celebrated and spiritually significant landmark. Perched dramatically on a cliffside about 900 meters above the Paro Valley, the monastery is reached by a scenic hike through fragrant pine forests, prayer flag–lined pathways, and viewpoints offering breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding mountains. Upon reaching the monastery, explore its sacred temples and learn about the legends of Guru Rinpoche, who is believed to have meditated here in the 8th century. After descending, continue your spiritual journey with a visit to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan’s oldest and most revered temples, dating back to the 7th century.
