Vasco Da Gama, the Portuguese explorer, was buried here in 1524 until his belongings were transported to Lisbon, Portugal. Evening, enjoy a Kathakali Dance Performance, a 2000-year-old Kerala native classical dance form with intricately coloured make-up, costumes, and face masks.
