Day 1
Welcome to Delhi (By International Flight)
On arrival at DELHI Indira Gandhi International Airport (Terminal 3), following customs, immigration formalities and baggage collection, as you exit the arrival terminal building, you will be welcomed by India Tours & Travels executive holding a placard in your name to greet you. After that you will be assisted with a transfer to your hotel and check-in.
Delhi, India’s capital territory, is also known for its people with happy hearts and dynamic nature. A symbol of the country’s rich past and thriving present, Delhi is a city where ancient and modern blend seamlessly together and stands as one of the fastest developing cities in the world. The thriving cosmopolitan metro has a long history of empire successions from Delhi Sultanate to Mughals to British and still is the political capital of the nation.

Day 2
Fly to Leh & Acclimatize
By Flight: Departure Delhi at 0700hrs / Arrival Leh at 0830hrs or similar
Early in the morning, as per the above-mentioned flight, you will be assisted with a departure transfer to Delhi domestic airport to board the flight to Leh, well-known for its high elevations and several passes that connect various sites in this tough terrain. Ladakh is also known as the world’s coldest desert. It is dominated by dramatic landscapes, Stunning Gompas (Tibetan Buddhist monasteries), flapping prayer flags and whitewashed stupas. On arrival at Leh airport, you will be assisted with a transfer to your hotel and check-in and spend the rest of the day at leisure to browse the bazaar (markets) of Leh. Get a wide range of fairly cost items, such as apparel and accessories. Pashmina shawls, meditation wheels, Kashmiri rugs, apricot jam, Tibetan jewellery, etc.

Day 3
Explore the magnificent Monasteries around Leh
After enjoying a delightful breakfast, begin exploring the enchanting monasteries in and around Leh. Start with a visit to Stok Palace, an architectural gem that once served as the residence of Ladakh's royal family. This historic palace showcases traditional Ladakhi architecture with its captivating blend of Tibetan and Indian influences. Admire the intricate woodwork, mesmerizing paintings, and ornate decorations that adorn this magnificent structure. Inside the palace, you'll find a museum displaying a treasure trove of artefacts including exquisite porcelain, dazzling jewellery, ancient thangka paintings, weaponry, and opulent costumes. Next, venture towards the peaceful sanctuary of Shey Monastery. Originally built in the 17th century as a summer residence for Ladakh nobility, this monastery holds great historical significance. Marvel at its serene atmosphere as you explore its sacred halls and discover its most notable feature - a remarkable statue of Shakyamuni Buddha that stands as an awe-inspiring symbol of devotion. Conclude your day with a visit to Thiksey Gompa, an iconic representation of the Gelug Sect of Tibetan Buddhism. Day 4
Travel Nubra Valley via Khardung La Pass
After a delicious breakfast, embark on a scenic journey to Nubra Valley (Approx. 06 hrs. drive). making a stop at the famous Khardung La Pass (Approx. 5680M), known for being the highest motorable crossing in the world. Take a leisurely walk in the charming village of Khardung and soak in the breathtaking views and serene atmosphere. Continue your drive to Nubra Valley, a region steeped in history as it lies on the ancient Silk Route. This picturesque valley is blessed with two beautiful rivers - Shyok and Nubra - as well as numerous stunning monasteries that add to its allure. Upon arrival, check-in to your hotel or resort and take some time to relax. In the late afternoon, visit Diskit Monastery, the oldest and largest monastery in Nubra Valley. Upon reaching Pangong Tso, check-in to your accommodation and take a moment to unwind and embrace the tranquillity of this serene haven. The crisp mountain air and the untouched beauty of the surroundings will instantly transport you into a world of peace and tranquillity. As evening approaches, embark on a short walk along the shores of the lake. Feel the soft sand beneath your feet as you stroll along, taking in all that nature has to offer. The shimmering water of Pangong Tso reflects hues of blue and green, creating an ethereal ambience that is simply awe-inspiring. As you walk along the shores, allow yourself to be enchanted by the magical sunset that unfolds before your eyes. Day 6
Return to Leh via Takthok Gompa and Hemis Monastery
After a delightful stay at Pangong Tso, it's time to check-out and bid farewell to this hidden paradise. On your journey back, make a stop at Takthok Gompa. This ancient monastery is nestled amidst the rugged mountains, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes. Take a moment to explore its intricate architecture and soak in the spiritual ambience that permeates every corner of this sacred place. Continuing your journey, the next stop is Hemis Monastery. This renowned Buddhist monastery holds immense cultural and historical significance in the region. Marvel at its grandeur and admire the beautiful murals and artefacts that adorn its walls. Take some time to learn about the rich Buddhist heritage preserved within these walls. Continue your travel to Leh. Upon arrival, take advantage of the rest of your day at leisure. Day 7
Explore the sites of Leh town.
Today, you have the opportunity to explore the fascinating sites of Leh and delve deeper into its rich history and culture. Begin your day by visiting the Hall of Fame War Memorial Museum. This museum pays tribute to the valiant soldiers who have fought for India's honour in various wars and conflicts. Learn about their heroic exploits through exhibits, artefacts, and informative displays. Afterwards, make your way to Sangam, the confluence of two mighty rivers - Indus and Zanskar. Witness the breathtaking sight of these two rivers merging, creating a mesmerizing spectacle amidst the rugged landscapes. In the afternoon, indulge in some retail therapy as you explore the vibrant markets of Leh at your own pace. The local markets are a treasure trove of unique handicrafts, Tibetan artefacts, Pashmina shawls, colourful textiles, and more. Don't forget to sample some delectable local snacks or sip on traditional butter tea while you explore the market stalls. Return to your accommodation and spend rest of your day at leisure.

Day 8
Fly to Delhi and to onward destination
By Flight: Departure Leh at 0735hrs. / Arrival Delhi at 0900hrs. or similar.
Following breakfast, you will be provided with a departure transfer to Leh airport, and board the flight to Delhi. When you arrive in Delhi, you will be escorted to your hotel, where you will check-in and enjoy the remainder of the day at leisure. Later that evening, in accordance with your international flight schedule, you will be assisted with a departure transfer to Delhi International Airport to board your international flight to your next destination.
